Find out about the work I’ve done below!

In April 2014, Professor Hugh Davis, Professor of Learning Technologies at the University of Southampton invited me to lead on the design of a massive open online course (MOOC) on Digital Marketing. I had worked with one of the MOOC's Lead Educators, Lisa Harris, before and was delighted to get involved. MOOC design (for many thousands of learners) is a very different proposition from designing an online course that sits inside a business and reaching out across the world needed specialist expertise. It was a wild and hectic journey. We now have many thousands of people actively participating and learning together. You can get immediate access to this course now, read some participants' comments on Twitter #FLdigital, and watch my 1-minute intro video. Kerry Small, our Media Producer, was kind enough to send me a message before the course was released in October 2014, "A toast to you. You have done a sterling job getting this course to where it has got to - a most definite central cog to the workings of it all." Thanks Kerry and to everyone else on the team :)

In the reinventing process, make two kinds of changes: small adjustments in course and deep shifts in perspective. That is not to say that small steps are inconsequential. In fact, they are often the only way to start tackling career problems that can otherwise overwhelm us.
